Turboname is an AI-powered brand name generator that provides name suggestions and real-time domain availability checks. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs • Generate names intended to infringe on existing trademarks • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits • Resell or redistribute outputs of the Service without permission We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The names generated by Turboname are AI-generated suggestions. We make no claim of ownership over generated names. You are responsible for conducting your own trademark searches and legal due diligence before using any name for commercial purposes. The Turboname brand, logo, and software are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing help@turboname.ai — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no further charges. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact help@turboname.ai within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.

Domain availability results are provided in real time but are not guaranteed. Domain status can change within seconds. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on availability information displayed by the Service. Always verify availability directly with a domain registrar before making any purchase or business decision.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Generated names are free of trademark conflicts • Domain availability information is accurate at the time of use Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turboname shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
